In my practice, I use a holistic approach that considers the various factors that food and body image play in how we cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and traumatic events. I use my experience and training across multiple approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Humanistic Existentialism, and others to tailor the sessions to help you reach your goals and to better understand how your thoughts affect your relationship to food and body image.
I’ve earned a Master of Arts degree at St. Edwards University and have completed the Eating Disorders Intuitive Training course which has further helped me develop the tools and techniques that will help you to find a new way of relating to food and your body. I am currently supervised by Jaime Telfeyan, LPC-S.
