    Individual Sessions

NOURISH COUNSELING offers individual sessions to adults, teens and adolescents 12 and above who are struggling with restrictive dieting/ overeating , disordered eating and body image issues.

Each session is tailored to the client’s individual needs, and is approximately 50-mins long.

Homework assignments are given between sessions for the clients to learn how to apply what they’ve learned in session to their “real life”.

    Family Sessions

NOURISH COUNSELING offers sessions to couples and families who are providing support and encouragement to the client in therapy.

It can often be difficult for family members and partners to fully understand the road to freedom from an restrictive dieting/ compulsive overeating .

It is common to feel angry, disappointed, frightened, and worried. Family sessions are aimed at helping to create a safe environment for the client and to strengthen family relationships.

    Group Sessions

NOURISH COUNSELING offers FREE group support sessions for adults, teens and adolescents. These 60-min. sessions are instrumental in helping clients recover as they are able to share and learn from their peers who are struggling in similar areas.

Group support sessions are not intended to replace individual therapy, but can be very helpful in building a community of support. Click here to see what groups we offer and register to join.
