Rates

Fees of $100-$150 includes a 50 minute live video session and a variety of assignments (worksheets, videos, journals and more) for clients to complete between sessions. This helps you integrate new behaviors and ways of relating to food and body image in-between our live sessions.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy or coaching services.

For out-of-network clients, we can file paperwork with your insurance on your behalf to submit your claims for reimbursement. We also offer a sliding scale for clients who have financial need.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Before our first session, you will receive an online credit card authorization form.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
