As a therapist and dietitian, I have a unique understanding of the damage that chronic dieting and disordered eating can do to your body, mind, soul, and spirit. Eating disorders are a symptom of deeper issues, pain, and trauma.
My goal is to help you make peace with food, develop intuition around nutrition and exercise habits, learn to love and accept yourself, and deal with any core issues that are hiding behind eating disorders.

I understand that this can lead to feelings of frustration, anger, and hopelessness, which can worsen your unhealthy eating behaviors.
